Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (QR Code Manager, Döblinger Hauptstraße 71, 1190 Vienna, Austria, Email: widerruf@qrcode-manager.org) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Special Provisions for Digital Services
Important Notice:
If you request that the service begins before the end of the withdrawal period, you will be required to pay us an amount proportionate to the services provided up to the point at which you communicate your withdrawal.
For fully performed digital content or services, the right of withdrawal expires if the consumer has expressly consented to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
